1. Send an email for return instructions in less than two days of receiving the items to get: a return authorization number and a return shipping address.
2. Ship the product back within seven (7) days of your delivery date to the return shipping address provided (NO EXCEPTIONS, seven days, products shipped after this date will be send back to the sender). You must include a note with the following information:
a. The order number.
b. Your name and email.
c. Your return authorization number.
d. The reason why you are returning the product.

We will exchange it for another product plus a $2 for handling and $5 for shipping.
Or we will refund the cost of the product less shipping and handling.
Take into account that shipping cost for returning the bag is not credited, neither the cost of the previous shipping.

The product must be shipped back in the same condition it was received in, with correct protective coverings, plastic wraps and tags. The item must not indicate any sign of use or wear.

The item(s) must be returned this way or we forfeit the right to refund and the bag will be mail back to you. We are sorry, but no exceptions to this service agreement.
